Direct routing requirements

Microsoft Teams

O365 Users must be licensed with the following to allow us to configure your direct routing:

  • Global admin access to your Office 365 instance.
  • E1 E3 or E5 or 
  • Business license Basic, Standard or Premium
  • Microsoft 365 Business Voice (without calling plan) or Phone system
  • The E5 license already includes phone system
  • Auto attendants and call queues will require a free Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account license.
  • If you are porting over numbers from another system we will require a phone bill that is under 30 days old.

Hybrid PBX with Teams

Clearlink offers a hybrid solution where hosted PBX users can be used side by side with Microsoft Teams. A PBX user can 3 digit dial a Teams user no matter what device they are using.  Half the office can use regular IP desk phones & the road warriors can use the Teams app on their laptops, tablets or cell phones.
